Civil works and roading progress

Roading and infrastructure works at Te Rā Fields have reached a major milestone, with the core road network now taking shape across the site.

Roads throughout the development have been upgraded and sealed, alongside new stormwater and wastewater infrastructure to service the growing neighbourhood. Streetlighting is also being installed along the network, improving safety and connectivity as more residents move in.

This infrastructure forms the backbone of Te Rā Fields, supporting not only the homes currently under construction but future stages of the development as they come online.

Key progress includes:

• Sealed roads throughout the core development area

• Stormwater and wastewater systems completed

• Streetlighting installation underway
