First homes nearing completion

Construction of the first homes at Te Rā Fields is progressing well, with several homes now approaching completion.

Since building began, the project team has made steady progress across framing, roofing, cladding, and interior fit-out, with kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring now taking shape inside the first homes.

Homes are on track to be finished in September, with the first residents expected to move in from October — a major milestone for the neighbourhood.
